Pink Lemonade

As I mentioned in Friday's post, I took a trip to Meadowhall recently. I didn't buy much, but the things I did buy, I adore. Including this little beauty. I have been lusting over this blusher palette ever since I saw Sian purchase it a few months ago. I seem to have developed a 'thing' for blushers lately and this product has only added fuel to the fire.

These awful iPhone pictures, do not do this product justice. First of all, I adore Sleek packaging. I can slip this palette in my make-up bag soooo easily, which is perfect for long days at work. There's also a huge mirror, which again is perfect, cause well, I like to look at myself.

I love that you have three blushers in one here. I mean, who wants just one, when you can have three? Am I right?! The three shades are (from left to right) Pink Mint, Macaroon and Icing Sugar. Perfect names I think. The shades are actually a lot darker in these pictures than in reality, again, stupid iPhone. I will invest in a good camera one day, I promise! Two of the shades are powder, whilst the Macaroon in the centre is a cream. I have never used a cream blush (the horror). They're intimidating, alright?! But this palette makes me want to lose my blush cream virginity, for sure. My favourite of the three, has to be Pink Mint which is your typical baby pink and is the only shade I have worn out the house so far. Icing Sugar is a more golden pink, whilst Macaroon is pretty much in the middle, literally.

Overall, this is a winner for me. The packaging, the colours, the pigmentation and the lasting power. Oh and most definitely the price. This little beauty cost me £9.99 and is available at Boots. I 100% recommend this product and I'm so glad I finally added it to my ever-expanding blusher collection.

Have you tried any Sleek products?
