Hello February

Reading // I'm actually not reading anything right now, but two books that I loved in January were; Sleep Tight by Rachel Abbott and The Magpies by Mark Edwards. Two amazing thrillers that I found on my Kindle for a tiny £1 each. I recommend both of these if you enjoy having no idea what is going to happen next. I have a few books lined up, especially seeing as I'm going to be on a plane for pretty much 24 hours of this month!

Listening to // Lately I've been listening to a few different playlists that I've found on Spotify. At work I've been playing 'Songs to Sing in the Shower' which features artists like Journey, Queen, Michael Jackson and all the big songs that everyone loves to sing their hearts out too. I'm also loving Demi Lovato - Demi, which in my eyes, is a really good album. I don't think there's a song on there that I don't like!

Thinking about // Moving on. I think it's time I really started looking into a career change, into something that I really want to do. Working in retail is all I've ever known, other than a bit of bar work here and there but it is NOT what I want to spend the rest of my life doing. I think once my busy February is over, I'm going to seriously sort my CV out and start applying elsewhere. I'm also getting really good at saving which is motivating me to save more. Bigger house, here I come!

Loving // Cooking, The Sims 4 and again, my Kindle. Me and Bear have started cooking more, we cook from scratch most days and were brought a slow cooker for Xmas that we use at least twice a week. I've actually realised I'm quite good at cooking and I can do a mean stir fry! I'm always loving Sims 4 but recently I just wanna play it all the time, inner nerd alert. Again, I'm loving my Kindle, which has really surprised me. I was so adamant that I was a real book kinda girl but it's just so easy and handy!

Watching // Girls, The Ghost Whisperer and Banana. Girls is on it's 4th season now and I'm just as addicted as I was when I saw the first episode. I've said it before and I'll say it again; Lena Dunham is a genius. I've downloaded the whole first season of Ghost Whisperer, which is about 25 episodes long, say what. Banana just involves a lot of sex, who doesn't love that.

Looking forward to // OH MY GOD. I GO TO LAS VEGAS IN 22 DAYS. I have literally never been more excited for anything in my entire life. I cannot wait. We have so much planned and I really wish we'd done two weeks instead of one, however that would of been a LOT more expensive. It's going to be incredible. I also have a night out planned this month, on the 7th, with my work ladies and a few other plans. February is going to be an awesome month <3

What are your plans for February?
