Lush // Granny Takes a Dip

After last weeks Honey Bee disaster, it's nice to have a GOOD review on a Lush product! Today we have a little review on something that I have, quite frankly, fallen in love with! This is a new(ish) bomb from Lush and I think the amount of product you get for your money is brilliant. Let's begin, shall we? 

I was drawn to this bath bomb, because well, just look at it. It's well funky! And at £3.25 I expected to be an average size. It's more than average, it's bloody massive! This is one of the most vivid and colourful bath bombs I think I have ever come across. It's definitely taken a firm place on my favourites list. 

The bomb itself took quite a while to dissolve, which I always enjoy in a ballistic. It was nice sitting in the bath whilst the water around me changed several different colours. I also noticed that there were quite a few bubbles which I haven't seen in a bath bomb for a long time!

Containing ginger, pepper and lemon, as soon as I opened the packaging for this, the smell just surrounded my bathroom. I have a slight obsession with lemon products at the moment, they make me feel clean and fresh and I adore the smell of this ballistic! However, the scent didn't linger, which I actually don't mind too much. Sometimes Bear complains about the scents that are left after my baths so I like that this one leaves as the water is drained away.

I also adore that this bath bomb doesn't leave any residue in your bath!

All in all, Granny Takes a Dip is now a firm favourite of mine. I will be re-purchasing in the future and I hope Lush keeps this in stock for a while yet! At £3.25, it's a steal and you get so much value for you money. I recommend this 100%, especially if you're feeling a little stressed and want some colour to cheer you up a bit. This bomb is so fun and smells amazing and I just love it!
